Returns and Exchanges


No Refunds, Exchange only. Customer has 5 days to do an exchange from the date of receipt. Store Credit will be issued thru E-Gift Card.  Store credit cannot be used on pre- order items. Accustom Atelier has the right to refuse any and all Exchanges.

 

RETURNS

To submit for an EXCHANGE:

Step 1. Email info@accustomatelier.com and request EXCHANGE MERCHANDISE AUTHORAZATION FORM.

Step 2. Fill out EMA and include it with said merchandise.

Step 3. Mail your package to:

Customer is responsible for return shipping

Please note that if customer is granted an EMA it will only be for total price of merchandise and not shipping.

A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for exchange, or store credit.

We will send you an email when your return package is delivered back to our office. Please note, exchanges do take us 3-10 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your credit is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

All items purchased during sale and pre-ordered items are considered FINAL SALE; NO REFUND OR STORE CREDIT.

 

CONDITIONS

ALL items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, unmarked and with all original tags attached. NO EXCEPTIONS!!

Please see the tips below for keeping your items in returnable condition:

SHOES

Shoes scuff very easily on any hard surface. Always try on shoes on carpet. Shoe boxes are an important part of the product presentation and must be returned undamaged, along with the shoes.

SWIMWEAR AND LINGERIE

All bodysuits, swimwear and lingerie are FINAL SALE for sanitary reasons.

TOPS AND DRESSES

Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately.
